Solution:
A focus on grilled meats called for the adoption of a Josper Combo Charcoal Grill & Basque grill.
A front kitchen with immersive show cooking for patrons seated at the chef's counter.
Aged meats produced in a highly attractive show cabinet.
A hot foods preparation line included a MyChef Combi Oven, Flat Top for breakfast, double chip fryer with a chip scuttle.
A luxurious, rich details of the mediterranean with a dinning under the skirting ceiling baffles with an iconic olive tree inside the restaurant. Aesthetic designs and interiors were completed by the client's interior architect.
