Customer Brief:

  • A quick service restaurant with an attractive menu consisting of African staple foods such as grilled meats, stews and drinks.

  • A emphasis on grilled meats such as beef, lamb, chicken.

  • A brand focus on fresh, healthy and flavourful meals.

  • Theatre and attractive food preparation areas in view of the customer counter.


  • A focus on grilled meats called for the adoption of a Josper Charcoal Grill.

  • A hot foods preparation line included a MyChef Combi Oven, Low Burners for stews, Flat Top.

  • A cosy seating area was included for patrons to enjoy their meal instore.
