Culinary Equipment Company is an importer and distributor of quality catering equipment, appliances, kitchen tools, hotelware, food and related products located in South Africa.

Supplier grants to the User, subject to the further terms of these Terms and Conditions, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access, display, use, download and otherwise copy the current and future Content for personal, non-commercial and information purposes only.
This Website and the Content may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Supplier. The license does not allow the User to collect product or service listings, descriptions or other information displayed here, and does not allow any derivative use of this Website or the Content for the benefit of another merchant. Users may visit the website as casual non-buying visitors. The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce and ERP system of the Supplier, namely the User's personal information such as delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Supplier and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product. The Supplier uses MyGate for its online credit card transactions. MyGate processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing safe and secure online payment service

The Supplier does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secure by MyGate.

The Supplier uses Comodo SSL, one of the world's most recognized SSL encryption tools, for its payment page site security and encryption. Comodo guarantees the highest possible encryption levels for online transactions. With respect to items sold by The Supplier, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by The Supplier is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Other merchants may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
We generally do not charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process or, for digital products, until we make the digital product available to you.
By using any of the Supplier’s services, you agree that the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Supplier.
The Supplier reserves the right to settle disputes through arbitration rather than a court of law as overseen by a 3rd party impartial arbiter from the Chamber of Arbiters of South Africa.
