Culinary offers same-day on-site technical services in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. To arrange a technical service in your area simply call our national telephone number on 011 701 2200.

I have a gas/electrical problem:

Please note that you will need to contact a registered gas technician or registered electrician for gas or electricity-related matters. Our technicians are certified to work on equipment supplied by Culinary Equipment Company only.

I’d like to book a service callout:

I’d like to bring my unit in for repairs:

To log a carry-in repair please contact us before bringing the unit to our workshop. You will be issued with a Case Reference ID which will help us identify your equipment when it arrives.
