An XL tracing line with double chocolate curtain, vibrating station, adjustable blowing unit, de-tailer, conveyor belt with paper roll. The machine is compatible with all the chocolate world tempering machines. The enrobing line or tracing line has been developed to simplify the traditional, labour-intensive tracing of fillings. The thickness of the chocolate is determined by the vibrating station and the blowing unit. At the end of the line, the product ends up on a belt with food-grade paper. The speed of the belt is regulated by means of a rotary knob.
