Customer Brief:

• A brand focus on fresh, healthy and convenience.

• Modern customer interaction with emphasis on self service fridges.

• Integrated supermarket, green grocer and take away restaurant.

Solution:

• Combination of high back wall fridges, island display fridges with self service elements. Impulse fridges were used selectively near the take away restaurant.

• Fast and efficient service that allows customers to quickly order and pick up their sushi, ideal for those on-the-go or looking for a quick and healthy meal option

• A mix of large windows and directional lighting allowed for the store to feel natural and premium.

• An efficient ventilation system that filters out smoke and odors, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for customers to enjoy their sushi, which enhances the overall experience of the restaurant.
  

• Convenient and easy-to-use packaging options that are environmentally friendly, such as biodegradable containers and cutlery, that align with the restaurant's values and promote sustainability.
