Customer Brief:

A brand focus on fresh, healthy and convenience.
Modern customer interaction with emphasis on self service fridges.
Integrated supermarket, green grocer and take away restaurant.

Solution:

Combination of high back wall fridges, island display fridges with self service elements. Impulse fridges were used selectively near the take away restaurant.
A flow designed using a "Retrace" layout to provide shoppers with easy sign through the store and enticing instore travel across different categories. This design system consists of a main ring corridor that goes from the entrance to the cash desks, emphasizing a perimeter track and allowing customers to view all the departments. The main route occupies the entire surface of the store, while secondary routes are organized to avoid overcrowding in a few points.
A mix of large windows and directional lighting allowed for the store to feel natural and premium.
