There's a new ready-to-use concept for South African entrepreneurs who are looking for a complete chocolate processing solution: ‘YOUR CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN A BOX’.

Chocolate World, a renowned Belgian chocolate equipment manufacturer has partnered with Culinary to bring this concept to the shores of South Africa. Chocolate World brings extensive years of experience, having translated various industrial applications into simple and flexible solutions for the traditional chocolate industry.

This unique concept includes everything you need to start your own production: material, machinery, recipes and even, on request, the support of a chef chocolatier.

Your chocolate factory in a box

‘YOUR CHOCOLATE FACTORY IN A BOX’ is built on the basis of the main product ranges found in today's chocolate industry.

The beating heart of the concept is Chocolate World's automatic tempering device CW40, in combination with a cooling workbench, a heating cabinet, a professional dosing device and a carefully composed range of small tools.

What the chocolate factory in a box includes:

The' production concept', focussing on moulded pralines, includes a range of 200 "Chocolate World" polycarbonate moulds of your choice, in addition to the basic equipment and tools.

Two experienced workers can produce up to 150 kg of pralines per day with this basic package.

Additional Items

In addition to mould pralines, you can easily expand your product range, for example, with chocolate-covered (enrobed) pralines. The ‘enrobing concept’ includes a 200mm production line, compatible with the CW40 automatic tempering device.

On top of that, you will receive a convenient cutting tool and all the basic accessories for the production of covered pralines. This is enrobing made easy!

Make chocolate truffles too

The ‘truffle concept’ allows you to create typical Belgian truffles in no time. This addition includes a 200mm truffle grille and truffle mill, easy to mount on the CW40 automatic tempering device.

There's also an additional offering of an automatic planer, and also the necessary add-ons for the dosing machine from the basic concept, to fill truffle balls.

Panning concept

What is panning? It is the process of coating sweets: almond burned sugar, peanuts, nuts, hazelnuts, dried fruit and other confectionery specialities.

Even more highly recommended is the 'panning concept’. This professional panning device enables you to quickly and easily cover round and roasted products with a shiny coat of chocolate.

You can use chocolate panning for instance on peanuts, dried fruits or roasted hazelnuts. Surely, you'll want these delicacies in your product range!

Semi-industrial concept for larger demands

Are you having trouble keeping up with your customers' demands; do you want to expand your capacity? In that case, our ‘semi-industrial concept’ is the ideal solution! The compact and highly efficient ‘mini moulding line’ helps you to automate your work and significantly increase your production capacity.

The mini moulding line fills, vibrates and scrapes forms fully automatically and is suitable for creating both full tablets and moulding forms for filled pralines.
