The Ibiza ice cream display case has been designed to display area with capacity for 10-13 ice trays and alternative storage for the same number of ice trays. It also includes a work surface in AISI 304 stainless steel and tempered glass, tested for a temperature range of -15ºC to -18ºC. (climate class 4).
