Dough sheet machine, a must in all confectionery workshops. It ensures production of dough sheets of uniform thickness. It is

versatile and reliable machine enables any type of dough to be turned and pinned. A particular attention has been paid to the

conception and the carrying out of the main parts, to grant very good productions and excellent quality of rolling: fine, precise and

always regular. The machine has varying speed belts to obtain uniform dough sheets and the inverter, for belts direction, is pedal or

joystick controlled. The rolling thickness is very well controlled, cylinders are adjusted by a graduated lever. Cylinders are in steel

chromium plated to correct thickness and ground, they are provided with a scraper for perfect cleanliness. The automatic sheeter

model is equipped with a computer able to elaborate 20 different work programs.
