Rotag Holding Ltd., the parent company of the Rotag Group, has acquired Vac-Star Ltd. in Sugiez, Fribourg, as part of a succession plan. Vac-Star's products complement the existing range and will be distributed by the entire group. Rotor Lips Ltd. will handle the service organization in Switzerland.
