Jackie Cameron's School of Food & Wine is a prestigious culinary school in Kwazulu Natal South Africa. Jackie Cameron's school is one of the most renowned in the country and has been home to some of the best culinary talents in recent years. Jackie Cameron School of food and wine offers an intensive, nationally and internationally recognised chef course with a maximum intake of 15 students; her "hands-on" philosophy allows her students to work alongside her daily and the school provides the opportunity to experience all things foodie in a safe and secure environment.

Annual Top Student Award

Jackie Cameron hosts a graduation ceremony for her students each year which involves celebrating the students who graduate from the school; also, the top student is awarded prizes from leading South African brands including Defy, Elba & Weber. Culinary Equipment Company has also, once again, sponsored the top student with a prize; Culinary had gifted an engraved Mauviel Copper Pot to the top student of 2021 Aimee Hohls. 

Aimee Hohls joined Jackie Cameron because of her passion for food and excelled thereafter, her journey at Jackie Cameron she achieved many triumphs and was fortunate enough to learn directly from Jackie herself. She discovered her love for the Culinary industry through preparing meals for her friends and family, her creativity and joyful nature were evident in the meals she prepared and found absolute fulfilment in food. This passion and dedication to food were what led her to win the top student of 2021.

The kitchen was fitted with top European equipment to ensure that Jackie Cameron's students are given the best possible platform to excel with their culinary skills.
