Customer Brief:
A well known chef wanted a new chef's kitchen during a refurbishment of a wine estate restaurant.
An emphasis on visibility, theatre and presence of the kitchen for diners during their meal.
Solution:
A focus on giving the kitchen a singularly distinguished appearance from the main entrance, dining area. Partitioning the back of house kitchen and front chef's kitchen while not deteriorating the overall appearance of the kitchen nor the communication in the kitchen.
A custom built mono-block Charvet stove front and centre with integrated cooking elements including fryers, plancha, burners, ovens and plating areas. Made to measure for the requirements of the chef.
