Brief:
A top chef seeks a custom designed kitchen island with integrated refrigerator for mise-en-place.
Space saving in the narrow kitchen is of utmost importance.
Solution:
A combination of free-standing and hob top horizontal cooking appliances were designed and configured to include a 5 burner stove, neutral workstation, induction 2 burner hob, pasta fryer, chrome plancha teppenyaki hob, gas chargrill and integrated sink over a two drawer refrigerated under-cooking hob.
Joining brackets were conigured between the cooking appliances and thermally insulated separators were installed under the cooking hob and above the refrigerator.
All services were installed in advance and installation was completed in 1 day with all appliances being positioned, joined and comissioned on site by a technician.
