Customer Brief:

• A well known chef wanted a new Chef's functional and luxurious kitchen for their culinary needs.
• The Chef has specific cuisine needs, with this the kitchen has to be designed to accommodate those requirements by installing kitchen equipment specialized for baking, grilling or sushi preparation.
• A spacious kitchen for food preparation and presentations is important,  with a seperate area for dinning and entertaining guests.
• A durable countertop Chef's kitchen unit is required with emphasis on high-end professional grade appliances, a large gas range of cookers, double ovens, a wine refrigerator and a professional espresso machine

Solution:

• Diverse the Chef's culinary preferences and lifestyles keeping in mind the chef enjoys baking, grilling and sushi.
• A professional customized grill station, with unique drawers for cookware and a sushi preparation area will be designed and installed
• A custom built Lacanche Sully 1400 will be the mainstay of the commercial kitchen for guests while the high quality range of appliances including the double oven, built in indoor grill, stand mixer, baking oven, refrigerated stainless steel fridge and freezer will be the complementary chef's kitchen where food preparation takes place.
• The layout of the kitchen will optimize a transparent cooking solution while accommodating the Chef's versatile cooking needs. By this placing the oven, baking station and sushi preparation station in proximity to each other for efficacy, this ensure easy access to different units and surroundings of the kitchen.
• A walk through of the kitchen will be done to firstly verify all controls are done and meet the required quality levels, and also to make sure the workmanship meets the expected standards
